Workshop Policies and Pricing
All workshops are recommended for 30 to 100 people per session. The school or district provides the training location, audio-visual equipment and on-call emergency personnel. Refreshments are the responsibility of the host school or district, if desired.
Workshop fees are based on the number of teachers attending. Up to three administrators attend for no additional charge. A 25% deposit and signed contract for service must be received in the Conexión Learning office to reserve your workshop date(s). Contracts can be faxed to us at 512-458-9958. Deposit amount will be applied towards final invoice. One fee covers Conexión Learning workshop, consultant travel, and materials for all participants.
School or District provides:
- LCD projector and screen, microphone, and overhead transparency projector
- On-call person during workshop for emergencies and AV
- 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve the dates (applied to total fee) due at registration
Cancellation Policy: If the School cancels the scheduled workshop after the deposit and contract are received, the School will forfeit the deposit. If Conexion Learning must cancel the workshop due to unavoidable circumstances, the entire deposit will be refunded to the School.
